All prices are United States funds.
All orders are payable in United States funds.
A charge of $30 will be added to any returned or stop payment checks.
Orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day average delivery) or Express Mail (overnight guarantee). |

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share any customer information, names, addresses, etc.
All information is confidential, no credit card numbers are kept on file,
they are shredded after use.

Return Policy
|
|
Items found unsatisfactory may be returned at customer's cost, complete
and in the same condition it was received. Books, paints, brushes and
packets are not returnable under any circumstances. No returns without
prior authorization. If information is missing from a book or pattern
packet, please contact the individual artist.

Damage/Errors
|
|
We pack all orders with the utmost care. If damage should occur during
transit, please save all boxes, product and packing
materials for possible inspection. If damage is our error, please contact us
within 5 days of receipt. Many small items are carefully wrapped in
bubble or separate bags for protection. Please check all packing materials
and boxes for shortages.

Security
|
The shopping cart is on a secure server for your credit card safety.
If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online, you may
mail, call or fax your order.
Telephone orders may be called in during store hours--Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, 10-4pm, Thursday Noon-5pm, Friday 10-7pm. Phone 1-800-510-3193 or 717-299-4973.
Fax orders may be placed 24 hours a day. For easy ordering, simply print
the order form, complete and fax to (717) 299-2474.

We accept U.S. checks, money orders, Cashiers Checks, Visa or Master Card.
Please do not send cash. To enable us to keep our prices as low as possible,
we do not offer open accounts. Prices subject to change without notice.
Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.
